How does the flat rate pricing work? 

A simple flat fee for touch & non-touch Chromebook devices. Our flat rate includes all common Chromebook repairs. 

The only exception is motherboards, which carry a small additional charge if the device won’t power on.  

If a Chromebook needs multiple repairs, is it still one price?

Correct. Each device is restored to “like-new” condition under the flat fee, no matter how many parts require replacement (motherboards excluded).

Is there a MOQ, minimum order requirement?

Districts commit to a minimum of 100 repair kits upfront.

What happens to devices that can’t be repaired?

Beyond Economic Repair (BER) units can be recycled responsibly. If salvageable parts are usable, they’re harvested to offset costs. No BER fees are absorbed by the reseller, not billed to districts.

Which Chromebook brands are supported? Which are not? 

Only 11.6" Chromebook devices that have not past Google AUE (Auto Update Expiration) are eligible for repairs.

Can we use our pre-purchased repair kits at any time?
